Presents a series of color and blank figures for selection. This "O" Image is seen by people even with hereditary color deficiency.

Select RIGHT OR LEFT EYE

Cover the eye not being tested

Each eye is tested, for hereditary color vision deficiency the RIGHT and LEFT results are identical. For acquired disease the two eyes may differ.

Touch Color or No Color Circle

Presents a series of color and blank figures for selection

Right Eye Score = 1

Preview result appears in the right lower corner. #1 is normal.

Select Left Eye

Repeat for the LEFT eye
